Good bed and bedding. Spacious, good heating.

Minimal toilet paper and coffee/tea bags. Messaged the management who were unconcerned and unhelpful - citing "company policy" to offer the bare minimum. Uniquely unhelpful and penny-pinching in our considerable experience of Portuguese establishments. We complained on our first night ( of three) about the toilet paper, only two coffee pods, and damp towels and bedding, only to be told it was company policy, and to photograph the damp materials - as though that would prove anything. On our final night a bag was dropped outside the door with fresh bedding and three coffee pods. I would avoid this management company in the future.
