The place is very clean and new, and what distinguishes it is its strategic location near the airport. In addition, the brother who owns the place is respectful and kind to the utmost degree — to the point that he provides the simplest details that help you enjoy your stay. I recommend this place to Gulf residents in general, and Saudis in particular, because I don’t think they’ll find another place that provides such simple details like this person does 🇸🇦

Property was so close to the airport which was great for our early departure. Very close to restaurants and shops. Near the 1984 Olympic Village, which was interesting too. Brand new building.
It was a bit hard to find since it was new. So google and Apple Maps had trouble getting us there.

The apartment is prettier than what the photos show. The bed and sofa are both very comfortable and most, if not all, the facilities are new. It is very close to the airport so on the way back, we just walked and pulled our luggages along to the airport. The path is not so smooth though but thankfully, we did not have to walk far. Host, Tariq, is very helpful!
Would be nice if there is a bidet for washing. Not a big deal though.
