Brand new. Great walk-in shower. Always enough hot water. Nice kitchenette. Best of all: Very comfortable bed. Extremely quiet AC. Very quiet. SPOTLESS. Tarik is the best host I have ever met when booking rooms with Booking.com. He deserves 10 stars. Great communication. Tarik was kind enough to give us a ride to our friend's house. Unbelievable gesture.
Close to the airport, although there is some gravel you have to walk over and carry luggage. Be aware of cars driving close to you if you walk to the airport (5-6 minutes away).
