The host was completely unresponsive. We had to ask for the check-in details ourselves and only received them around 5 PM. The check-in process goes through a separate system where they try to charge you extra for basic things like cleaning, bedsheets, and towels. When I messaged the host asking why we had to pay extra for this, it took half a day to get a reply, only for them to say we didn't have to pay. It felt a bit like a scam—don't fall for it and don't pay, as this should definitely be included in the price. We were also supposed to have access to a garage, but we couldn't get it open. The host promised to look into it but never got back to us. On top of that, the air conditioning in the living room started leaking water. We messaged the host about it, but received no response. To make matters worse, you are required to take photos of the property and describe its condition both during check-in and check-out.
