Excellent location, parking lot available. The apartment is great, very well decorated and you can learn about some artists too!
You have sufficient kitchen tools to prepare food and also tea or coffee.
It is very close to the beach but we also visited the city center by foot. The host is also very attentive and supportive.
We were greeted with some very nice amenities too.

La posizione è veramente ottima, si trova praticamente sulla via principale della zona mare (Viale Regina Elena, parallela al lungomare). Inoltre è a due passi dal "Metromare" (fermata Piazzale Pascoli), il principale mezzo di trasporto pubblico che collega Rimini a Riccione. Quindi è ideale sia per chi vuole andare in spiaggia, sia per chi vuole andare in centro. L'appartamento è completamente arredato, per giunta con gusto e cura. C'è un posto auto, assai da apprezzare specie se venite in estate (in alta stagione parcheggiare a Rimini, specie al mare, è un problema non da poco).
Non ho nulla di negativo da segnalare.

Everything was good, and the apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful, clean, new, and smelled nice. The bedding and towels were clean and well arranged. The apartment was equipped with everything, and I felt like I was at home. The host was very kind, helpful, polite, and respectful. This is the best and cleanest apartment I have ever rented.
كل شيء كان جيدًا، وكانت الشقة مطابقة تمامًا للصور. كانت جميلة، نظيفة، جديدة، ورائحتها رائعة. الفراش والمناشف كانوا نظيفين ومرتبين. الشقة كانت مجهزة بكل شيء، وشعرت وكأنني في بيتي. المضيف كان لطيفًا جدًا، خدومًا، مهذبًا ومحترمًا. هذه أفضل وأنظف شقة استأجرتها على الإطلاق.
