location the rooms
I got lost the GPS location took me to two different locations, i then called and encountered a rude uncaring person who dropped a phone on me, after the 2nd incorrect address, I called again and I was provide with the correct location, the treatment I got from the initial phone was rude and uncalled for
The people must always be trained to understand that not everyone knows this places so they must be prepared to explain and be patient
at the reception the parking directions where provide for poorly but I eventually got the room
