Charming Warwickshire Studio

It was a beautiful well laid out studio, however, sadly a number of things let it down which was somewhat disappointing. A shame really.

Sadly it was filthy; someone had conducted a basic surface clean, however, there were dead insects, cobwebs, and ants crawling across the floor. When we arrived the bathroom floor was soaking wet with the sink leaking (they did send someone at 9.30pm to take a look and replace the towels we had used to mop the floor). Not once did they acknowledge or address the fact the apartment was not cleaned. It was 30+ degrees outside and was difficult to air the studio as they had blocked access to the backyard. Fortunately we met the owners and they gave a fan we could at least get some airflow. The washing machine also leaked across the kitchenette floor when we used it. Additionally, the difficulty in booking with their bond system made it all really too difficult and overly complex - not the usual across booking.com

Apartment. Clean pretty good facilities

Location was good apart from nothing around without travelling. Not really a negative though

First nights stay their was a issue with the water, however Nik was very helpful and got it sorted the following day

beautifully appointed, modern fresh and clean

Felt quite remote/ isolated and disappointed to not be able to access the patio despite garden furniture being present
