Die Wohnung ist groß und anscheinend frisch renoviert. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Man ist in ca 10 Minuten am Autostrand von SPO. Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe haben gut geklappt.

Die Wohnung hat leider sehr dünne Wände und eine Verbindungstür, sodass man die Nachbarn gut hören konnte. Man muss es mögen, dass man durch das bodentiefe Fenster im Bad zum Innenraum die Begleitperson bei allem gut beobachten kann. Zudem steckt die Wohnung noch in den Kinderschuhen und wir haben der Vermietung noch einige Punkte zur Verbesserung mitgegeben.
