This apartment is unique for its location – 20 mt from the beach - and the fabulous sea view which can be enjoyed from the large sun filled private terrace.

All rooms have direct and independent access to the terrace which is not overlooked, assuring complete privacy. The apartment is located at the top floor of a building facing the sea in the old part of Armação.
Local market, shops and restaurants at walking distance and large surfaces at short drive distance.
The beach is just across the street, stretching around 6 km. The apartment is south oriented and has beautiful sunlight all day long.
One comfortable social area with connecting kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, another room with two single beds and a functional bathroom with bath and shower on top.
Table and chairs on the terrace, under retractable awning, for eating and drinking out while enjoying the sea view.
AC in bedrooms and heaters available in the winter.
Private covered parking at just 100 meters. Can be dificult for bigger cars.
Internet and cable tv. WiFi.
All kind of commerce available, from the local open market at a short walking distance to large surfaces at a few km drive.
Free mid-stay cleaning for stays of more than a week.

Excellent location with a great beach across the road. Lovely restaurants within walking distance. Great terrace in appartment Difficultly with adress for return transfer that went to a different appartment location so had to get another taxi that cost us a extra 80 euros

Nice 6th floor apartment very close to beach and all amenities, ..Sun terrace was a nice feature.
Would definitely visit again.
Resort is friendly and quiet with a fabulous beach.. lots of local restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance.

The main reasons to stay are the ocean view and the central location for visiting...
The apartment is old and needs some renovation and changing the furnitures.
There is no sofa inside...
There are few good restaurants nearby.
Parking lot is very narrow.
