The location is great
The accommodation was just the right size for us and the kitchen was well equipped
Lovely forest walks and all the amenities of the town are within easy walking distance. The property was quiet
We were told that we would be met at the property. The agents used their best endeavours to contact the host but we never heard from them.
More importantly we never received a key to the house and only gained entry as the patio door was open.
Not being able to lock the house when we went out was inconvenient.
The house was not very clean and the beds were not made up on arrival. The linens were not of good quality
It was stated that toiletries would be provided. They were not.
