Firstly, the location is superb. Just 50m away from the Central Market and about 20 minutes walk to the beach, with dozens of cafes and bars within 5 minutes walk. 2 Supermarkets and the Central Market also a couple of minutes away.
Quite difficult to find. Easy enough to find No. 16, but you have to step inside the entrance to see the push bell marked 'Casa Candida'. There is no other sign. The owner seems lovely, but doesn't speak a word of English, I only saw her the day I arrived. The beds were thin and hard. Facilities in the bathroom were basic though clean and could do with updating. Kitchen facilities fairly basic too.
