The apartment/room is nice, with a good kitchen and a large bathroom. Excellent location, close to the station, many restaurants, cafes, bakeries and minimarts within 5 minutes walk. The old town was a very easy 10-15 minute walk away. Generally staff were fairly responsive and pleasant. The bed was reasonably comfortable, however, it should be noted that it is a sofa bed.

Check in took 45 minutes of standing and waiting as the incorrect lock box details were provided and the staff were not responding or helpful when they did. On the last morning, at 6:30am a man attempted to enter the room by using a key. A totally unacceptable situation. If it wasn't for these incidents and the lack of acceptable explanations, I may have rated the apartment higher.

Excelente ubicación. Fácil check in, el sitio esta muy bien preparado y es muy cómodo. El dueño muy atento a nuestras necesidades.

El sofá-cama no es de lo mas cómodo, pero se duerme muy bien igual

Город Бари прекрасный и однозначно заслуживает посещения, поэтому не хочу ставить слишком низкую оценку. Также надеюсь, что управляющая компания примет меры и улучшит состояние апартаментов. Плюсы: 1. Удачное расположение: начало района Мурат, недалеко от старого города и вокзала. 2. Хорошее онлайн-сопровождение: быстро отвечали, помогали, было возможно досрочное заселение. 3. Достаточное количество посуды.

Минусы: 1. За окном вентиляция, вытяжки и кондиционеры — постоянный шум и иногда запах еды. 2. Посуда была грязная. 3. Квартира убрана недостаточно тщательно. 4. Были проблемы с электрикой: приходилось отключать бойлер, чтобы включить посудомоечную машину. 5. Горячей воды для двух человек недостаточно, а при уходе из квартиры вместе с ключ-картой отключается и бойлер. 6. Диван скрипит и неудобный. 7. Плохая звукоизоляция Итог: расположение хорошее, но чистота и бытовой комфорт требуют улучшения.
