Gut eingerichtete Wohnung incl. sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Spielesammlungen, Puzzle, Kinderspielzeug war alles vorhanden. Für Hundebesitzer optimal, da Näpfe und Hundespielzeug vorhanden waren, und eingezäuntes Gelände. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Sitzecke, Sonnenliege und Sonnenschirm. Und Holzkohlengrill vorhanden. Kleiner Schuppen für Fahrräder vorhanden. Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt, zur Fähre, Supermarkt und zum Strand.

Die Treppe ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, da eng und steil.
