Masindi Serenity Ubuntu Residency is an extraordinary find. Essentially, it provides the luxury of staying on the premises of a private, rather palatial home in a separate grand house. The location is ideal if tracking chimps in Masindi.
Communications were extremely difficult with the staff. We were kept waiting very long outside the locked gate until we were finally authorized to enter. It took so long, in fact, that we were going to leave despite the Booking.com reservation.
