Cozee 2-bed in WV11 ideal for long work stays & relocation cls to New cross hospital M54&M6

We appreciated the space to spread out and the amenities that were included. The bedrooms are upstairs (fyi: the stairs are a bit steep), and the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable; there is also a small toilet off that bedroom, in addition to the full bathroom with tub/shower on the ground floor, next to the kitchen. The wifi worked well. The area is safe, and going into the main village area of Wednesfield and the Bentley Bridge shopping area to pick up groceries and other needs was an easy walk or short bus ride away. Nolicia was very responsive to our communication - thank you!

The apartment seemed pretty clean when we arrived, but we noticed that the floors could have used a fresh sweeping/mopping before we arrived; mainly the corners and wall edges in the rooms had some dust/dirt and some corners had small cobwebs. The vinyl floors in the kitchen and laundry area are a bit patchwork in spots; you can feel the vinyl and floor underneath bending and moving slightly as you walk on it. It is not a safety issue. The clothes dryer was not working when we arrived, and after reporting it to Nolicia, she was very responsive and kept us updated multiple times a day as she worked to get a technician to fix it, which was accomplished after the weekend. In the meantime, she personally dropped off a clothes horse for us to use - thank you! There were no spices/cooking oil in the kitchen, other than salt and pepper and that was low in supply, although Nolicia did offer to bring some salt for us. We purchased our own. But perhaps this no-kitchen oils/spices is more common in the UK than what we're used to in the US?

Great value. A homely property, in a nice area with a good selection of amenities near by. The house has everything you could need to make yourself at home. A perfect base for working away or holidaying.

Maybe could have done with some larger pans, but on the whole not an issue. Could do with getting rid of the shed as it’s not very easy on the eye!
