El apartamento está muy bien comunicado y está cerca restaurantes y supermercados. La calle no es muy ruidosa. El apartamento está completamente reformado y todo está nuevo. Además, tanto la cama como el sofá cama son muy cómodos para dormir.

El apartamento se ha construido en un antiguo local comercial, tanto la puerta como la ventana están a la altura de la calle. La puerta del apartamento tiene un vinilo que no permite que se vea el interior. Sin embargo, para que no se vea el interior del dormitorio debe de estar siempre la cortina corrida. El apartamento está muy bien para 1 o 2 personas. Sin embargo, es demasiado pequeño para 4 personas (aunque sean niños) y maletas. Al apartamento le faltan soportes o perchas de baño para colgar las toallas de baño, y más cuando hay 4 personas. Cuando comenzamos a ducharnos, con la primera persona, se generó una acumulación bastante voluminosa de agua en el plato ducha, así que tuve que destapar la cubierta de desagüe y eliminar todos los pelos, de huéspedes anteriores, que estaban taponando el sumidero. Fue una situación incómoda porque se produjo nada más llegar de viaje por la noche.

Drainage system in the shower was veeeeeery slow , sometimes it would leak into the toilet There was no microwave, this is a very essential thing to have. Please try get it for future tenants Add ironing board too

No había artículos de higiene, tal y como indica en la descripción. Las toallas dejaban pelusa al secarse y a nivel económico te piden 25€ si quieres entrar antes y una fianza abusiva de 250€ que tardan en devolverte y de manera poco clara

The apartment itself is nice and well-equipped: it features a comfortable bed, a great shower, a good washing machine, and a super powerful hair dryer, which was a mega plus! It is also located very close to the metro, shops, and nice restaurants. A huge plus was that we never ran out of hot water, which was essential since we had to shower frequently during the brutal 42°C heatwave.

On check-out day, the initial 250€ deposit block was released, only for a new one to be immediately placed for another 3 days. Unacceptable practice for this price point. The flat is on the ground floor, directly on the street. During the weekend, people were constantly standing, talking loudly, and smoking right under the window and door. We couldn't even open the window to get some fresh air. The lack of air conditioning made it even worse. The sofa in the kitchen area is broken and slides apart, it was uncomfortable even just to sit on. Also, there is no dish drying rack provided, which is quite ironic considering they include a dishwashing sponge in the "welcome pack." The bathroom door is broken and a complete nightmare to use. The host clearly ignores this issue, as it has already been reported by multiple guests in previous reviews.
