So many positives of this place: gorgeous view, plenty of space, easy access to beach—kids can play in sand footsteps away from deck. All four rooms upstairs have AC (saw a previous post saying only 3 but they most have updated since then). The two 1st floor bedrooms and basement room did not have AC and it was fine for the most part bc plenty of fans provided (however would’ve been hard if we had multiple hot days in a row).The only downside which could be easily addressed is as others have said, it could use a deep clean for sure. Would love to come back if it was!Thanks for a great week :)

This house's location is perfect. Beautiful sunrises and private beach. Enough bedrooms for everyone and an enormous deck to enjoy the evenings. Just a little extra info. The two bedrooms on first floor do not have air conditioning. Upstairs, 3 out of the 4 bedrooms for have air conditioning. There are plenty of fans to use if needed. There are two refrigerators to use, which was handy. We used one for all our beverages. There is a crockpot and a nice blender, enough plates and utensils for everyone. The cabinets were a little disorganized, but, eventually able to find everything we needed. The main living area has a really nice air conditioning unit, but the exhaust blows out onto the sunroom. Just makes it unbearably hot, and sadly unusable. Overall, the family was very happy with the location and the house. Thank you.

The location was excellent. The house was not as we expected:
- all the fans were old and dusty
- aircon filter were dusty
- sofa had a foul smell
- no vent in the kitchen
- basement was musty and dusty
- closet rooms were dusty
- space between drawers and wall were filthy
- dining table ceiling light kept going off
