A beautiful and well presented 1st floor,modern 2 bedroom spacious mediterranean appartment with parking. Situated above the picturesque village of Fitou which enjoys stunning views across the Bay of Leucate and beyond from the inside or on the 40sqm private sun terrace. The appartment offers the benefit of air conditioning in all areas as required. The accommodation sleeps 4 people with 2 double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (kingsize bed) Bed 2 (2x single beds) both with fitted wardrobe and sun balcony.
There are 2 shower rooms; each with shower,handbasin and WC including & large shower room with washing machine. The large and spacious open plan kitchen/lounge lead onto the 40sqm sunterrace where the views are outstanding. The kitchen area with island unit has all the appliances needed. Dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer,coffee maker,toaster.The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils,crockery and cutlery. In the lounge area,sofa, table and chairs,office desk and TV and Wifi is all included to make your stay comfortable. The large and private Sun terrace is furnished with a large table and chairs and also provides a low seating area, sunbed and gas BBQ for all your outdoor dining needs. In addition this private developement provides 3 swimming pools (1 heated) and a toddler pool open from late April to early October.

This apartment had the perfect amount of space, inside and out, for 4, so when it was just my wife and I, we were spoiled. Lovely outdoor and indoor dining area connected by a large sliding door to make moving between areas easy; very well appointed kitchen; comfortable TV area; quiet location. Used the washer and clothes dried quickly on the drying rack on the terrace. While there, spent most of our time on the terrace. Julie was close by and offered good suggestions for dining out - favourite was the oyster shacks in Port Leucate.

Julie was very responsive and very helpful with any and all questions. The apartment was perfect and in a wonderful, quiet location. Beware of high winds in September though! But we still managed to sit outside most evenings, would highly recommend and love to stay again.
