This 2 bedroom luxury unit on the 7th floor has fantastic, unobstructed views down the southern coastline as far as the eye can see. 2 balconies, granite counters, upgraded furnishings and oceanfront master bedroom. Large indoor pools, lazy river, hot tub, Fitness Room, and splash deck. Located on the fabulous boardwalk and close to all Myrtle Beach attractions. Start your mornings off at Starbucks on the ground floor.

This luxury condo has the full panorama covered, from sunrise to sunset. Just a few steps to the blue Atlantic! Bay View Resort is unique among the hotels in town as it is within a short walk to both the pier & the restaurants on the north, and the boardwalk on the south! Just follow the paved trail on the ocean-front to the north or the south and you'll find yourself on the pier or the boardwalk in 5-10 minutes! The Myrtle Beach SkyWheel is only 2,800 feet away! This 2 Bedroom Condo has 2 private balconies, one oceanfront, and one ocean view. It also comes with a King Bed, 2 Full Beds, one sofa bed, and 2 Bathrooms with Hair Dryers; Kitchen fully equipped, including microwave, dishes, cookware, and utensils; Dishwasher; Washer and Dryer; Living room with sleeper sofa; Iron and Ironing Board; In-Room Safe; 3 TV's; Complimentary Wireless Internet Access. Features an indoor pool with a lazy river, hot tub, and rooms with a private balcony. Guests can find fresh coffee at the on-site Starbucks. Should we find that this policy has been violated, the reservation will be canceled immediately, a deep cleaning fee of $100 will be charged and there will be no refund for the remaining days of the stay.
Guests are strictly prohibited from throwing any items off the balcony at any time during their stay. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the unit and a fine of $250. We kindly ask that all guests respect the rules and regulations of the BayView HOA to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
Please note that access to the entrance door and garage is granted via a card key. Upon check-out, it is the responsibility of the guest to return the card key to the unit. Failure to return the card key or if it is lost, a fee of $10 per card will be charged.

We were very happy with our stay. The location of the condo made it easy for the kids to walk to everything on the boardwalk. The view from the condo was amazing. The owners/housekeeper were very helpful! Would definitely recommend this condo and hopefully will be able to return soon!

Location is perfect with easy walk to all of the restaurants and attractions of Ocean Blvd. Condo was very clean, quite, spacious, and had two nice balconies. Furniture is all very clean, but cushions of living room chairs and couch as well as mattress of master bedroom are worn out and not comfortable. Kitchen pots and pans are functional, but in pretty bad condition. Kitchen only being provided with one small trash can and a supply of only one extra trash bag is not enough for those staying a week. Design of building makes unloading and loading difficult. Heavy activity of people during peak hours of popular arrival and departure times results in traffic jams in the drop off area, slow delivery of elevators, and lack of luggage carts. The parking garage is a block away, so can't really just go park and unload there if you have a lot of stuff. Trash dumpster is also a block away outside of the parking garage, so not convenient. You are supplied two hang tags for the parking garage to display in your car but only supplied one key card to actually get in the garage. This key card also accesses the main level building doors after hours. Only having one of these cards is inconvenient and doesn't make sense with having the ability to park two cars. The unit is a 2 bedroom (which could be used by 2 sets of families) and comes with the ability to park 2 cars, why not supply 2 key cards? With that said though, I was overall impressed with the condo and would stay again.

Online pictures looked great…however, once I got there, after trying to overcome the nasty smells emanating from the hallway as well as inside the unit itself, I immediately noticed thet the furnishings and fixtures were worn down and everything seemed grimey and sad. The couch and chairs were stained and dirty which grossed me out a bit. My son’s blanket was dirty and there were no backups. I know I could’ve called Pam (property mgr) and she would’ve brought us one, she was terrific. Only having access to one card key to enter the building was irritating and absurd. Also - not even a wine opener in the unit?
On the positive side the unit was spacious and the location was great - right on the beach and the boardwalk. Spent a day at “Broadway on the Beach” (which is not exactly on the beach but was close by) which has some attractions and rides, shops and restaurants. If you are looking for an upscale experience, you may want to pass on the Myrtle area in general. However, I’m betting there are some higher end golf resorts nearby.
