Living Room – Sofa, coffee table with lamp, chest of drawers and Smart TV.
Kitchen – Electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and essential kitchenware. Dining table with 3 chairs.
Bedroom – King-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, built-in wardrobe, dressing table with mirror.
Bathroom – Rainfall shower over bath, washbasin, toilet and a heated towel rail.

Enclosed garden with outdoor seating area.
Parking - Off-road parking available for four vehicles.
Pets – Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Up to 2 dogs per stay for a £25 fee per pet.

Lovely property in a great location. Owner very friendly and helpful. 5 minute walk to the beech. 2 dog friendly pubs within 15 minutes (walking).
