Very cosy holiday home which in 2025 has undergone a thorough renovation with including a new roof, kitchen, new solid pine floors, new windows, freshly painted both inside and out and a new large terrace. The house contains entrance hall, bathroom, cosy kitchen/living room/living room with panoramic views and direct access to the lovely wooden terrace. From the living room a few steps down to a staggered TV room with wood-burning stove. 2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with 2 bunk beds. The terrace is where you light the barbecue, open the wine and enjoy the silence and the fantastic view over the water. Well-maintained garden with opportunities for play and games.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
