1-room attic apartment with a view of the lake and a large balcony overlooking the Mettnau

This light-filled 1.5-room vacation apartment is located in a quiet area right next to Mettnau Park, offering a magnificent view of the lake, and is only about 150 meters from Lake Constance. Nestled within a nature reserve, this exclusive residential area is one of the most beautiful on Lake Constance. Radolfzell’s downtown, the train station, and the tourist information office are approximately 1,600 meters away and can be easily reached on foot or by bike along a picturesque path by the lake.

The building underwent extensive renovations in July 2019. The apartments are equipped with new furniture, a modern built-in kitchen, and high-quality hardwood floors. The bright, modern apartment features a balcony with blackout curtains and fly screens, so you can enjoy the fresh air without worry.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The living and sleeping areas can be separated by a fabric room divider if needed. Down comforters and pillows are provided for a restful night’s sleep. Bedding, sheets, and towels are included in the price. Hypoallergenic bedding is also available upon request.

The naturally lit bathroom, equipped with sun protection and fly screens, features a shower, toilet, toilet paper, facial tissues, and a hair dryer—so you’ll have everything you need.

The new built-in kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, as well as dishes and silverware.

In the living room, the high-quality sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm with a mattress topper) can be pulled out as needed. The room is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and a radio, so you can make yourself comfortable.

The approximately 14 m² west-facing balcony, furnished with patio furniture and a lounge chair, invites you to relax—perfect for sunsets and pleasant moments outdoors.

Upon request, we’re happy to provide a high chair and a crib so that our younger guests can feel right at home.

Parking:
Parking spaces are available directly at the house upon request (limited availability, 5 € per day).
Free public parking is available right on the street.
Bicycle storage:

A bicycle storage area is available in the lockable garage.
Important notes:

Our vacation rentals are not suitable for bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar celebrations.
Please observe the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and keep noise to a minimum.
This is a non-smoking property.
