The space
Two of the bedrooms have upscale queen beds with thick fluffy blankets and microfiber linens, as well as bedside lamps with plugs so you can charge your devices! The third bedroom is set up with a bunk bed, perfect for friends or kids!
This apartment is on the 2nd floor
The apartment features a kitchen with brand new appliances, complete with a full dining and cooking set (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, electric tea kettle, cooking and serving supplies, wine glasses, etc).
The living room has a huge flat screen TV, Roku streaming television with Netflix, space to spread out and hang out after a day at the beach.
There is one bathroom with provided shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash.
Pack up the beach towels, umbrella and cooler for a relaxing day at the beach.
Bath towels are provided for 6 people - but please bring your own beach towels! Our bath towels are *not* for the beach.
Guest access
You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and the back yard / gazebo is shared!

Thanks for your interest in my place - I appreciate you stopping by! Our place house is the perfect place for families and friends to gather and enjoy the beach!
1) Confirm that only registered guests will be at the house. It sleeps plenty all ready, but our family home is not available for non-registered guests.
2) This is not a party house, its a family home. If a party is detected by the noise monitoring system, it automatically contacts local law enforcement. The city is pretty cautious to ensure that no one disturbed, ya know? Just wanted to double check that this is fits your needs.
We are providing extra cleaning to all surfaces during COVID to ensure everyone's saftey.
Please be aware - we are not a hotel. This is our getaway home :) That means that we do not provide daily housekeeping service at our place. We clean everything and provide one set of fresh bed linens and towels before you arrive so it's all ready for you!
If you are staying for more than 5 days, we would be happy to arrange for an additional set of fresh towels partway through your stay.
But if you are staying for long term (28 nights or more), a cleaning will be scheduled weekly during your stay. You are welcome to be present during the cleanings, or if you prefer, we can take care of everything while you’re out.
If you have any preferences or specific times that work best for the cleanings, just let us know! :)
