This fabulous ground level apartment is located below the main house on the waterfront of Wanaka Bay at the very start of the Award winning Scenic Coastal Walkway. With unobstructed waterfront views, this spacious 2-bedroom apartment offers a perfect getaway for families or friends looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.
As soon as you arrive, you will be wowed by the view. Drop your bag in the lounge, slide back the slider, and watch the waves roll in. You will feel immediately relaxed and at peace. The apartment is surrounded by rural land and is just five minutes away from the airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers.

- All linen and towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered
- Properties are cleaned prior to guests' arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards
- A part end of stay cleaning service is included, covering bathrooms, mopping, and rubbish removal
- Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state

Mostly a pleasant stay, but any time the people upstairs ran water the pipes were noisy. We had some problems with appliances, and there are no instructions or booklets to help. Good location. Some info about the coastal walk would be useful, I found it by accident.Comms from both Bookabach and Bach Break were confusing!
