This charming 2nd-floor unit, nestled in a 1951 duplex, seamlessly blends mid-century allure with modern updates. Featuring two queen bedrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, and a combined living and dining area, this cozy retreat is conveniently located just 1.5 miles from the historic old town and 2 miles from Vilano Beach, offering a peaceful escape from the bustling crowds. Guests are welcome to share the garden, fire up the grill (charcoal and fluid not included). Only street parking.

Zoned for daily rentals, this gem is a short stroll from the Fountain of Youth and the Old Jail. With Red Train tours conveniently starting across the street, and Uber, Lyft, and pedicab services readily available, transportation is a breeze. Enjoy the ease of free on-street parking, coupled with the tranquility of a location adjacent to a wonderful neighborhood where quiet hours are respected. As a guest, you have control over the A/C for both the downstairs unit and your own, kindly ensure the temperature is maintained between 70-74 degrees for optimal comfort. Pets are not added on reservation. We are a pet-friendly property; however, it would be $50 per dog, which is not included in your reservation.

Gnats, mosquitoes, and fruit flies may appear depending on the season and conditions, especially around open or unclean drinks. When walking around town, use mosquito repellent due to the buggy environment. Florida's insect life while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! The decor has a classic charm that made the space feel both elegant and inviting. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the abundance of soft, clean towels. Everything about the home felt cozy and well cared for — it truly felt like a home away from home.
