Villa Xalupi Corfu - Design villa with pool & sea view

This design retreat combines Mediterranean country-house style with modern comforts: ocean views, a private pool, stylish furnishings, and absolute tranquility—just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the west coast.

Since this is the first occupancy and the outdoor landscaping has not yet fully matured, we are currently offering a discount. The interior is bathed in natural light, featuring high-quality, harmoniously coordinated furnishings—with natural materials and thoughtful details.
As a guest, you’ll have exclusive use of all areas of your villa—including the living and dining areas, kitchen, both bedrooms, two bathrooms, the pool, the large terrace, and the surrounding property.

On the property, about 25 meters away, there is another small villa that is also available for rent. Nevertheless, your accommodation offers plenty of privacy, private entrances, and no shared areas.

A parking space is available right next to the house.

Helena, the owner of the house, lives in the next village and is happy to assist you whenever needed—she’s warm, helpful, and reliable. She looks forward to making your stay as pleasant as possible.
We want you to feel at home right from the start. In the house, you’ll find basic kitchen supplies, including spices, olive oil, vinegar, dish soap, sponges, and paper towels—so you don’t have to start from scratch.

Bath towels are provided for our guests every third day, as are beach towels. Bed linens are changed once a week.
If needed, our guests can receive additional bath towels and bed linens at any time.

Additional cleaning is available upon request for a fee.
