Flooring is laminated vinyl plank. All furniture, supplies, towels....everything inside is NEW as of June 2025.. Temporary new sofa bed will be replaced with custom leather sofa bed TBD (Aug/Sept)....its handcrafted so its coming....Walk .75 miles to Stadium & Notre DAme. 1/2 mile to Eddy Commons (food/retail/entertainment = Fun!)
