This 3 bedroom, 4 bath residence located along the Northstar golf course offers a modern take on the classic resort cabin. Take a short shuttle ride to the Village at Northstar to access the NPOA recreation center, skiing, biking, and more!

- Access to the NPOA Rec Center, including two year-round pools, a hot tub, a large fitness facility, locker rooms, a game room for the kids and lounge area for the adults. Outside you will have access to Bocce, tennis and basket ball courts (open seasonally).
POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 8 adults plus 2 children under the age of 12. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- This home has smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage front door that captures the entry, and one on the left side of the garage door that captures the driveway. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- The BBQ on site is not to be used by guests due to Placer County STR Ordinance
- Access to the NPOA is $10.00 per person, per visit.
- This residence does not have A/C.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
