In Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière, this 32 m² apartment with sea view, 10 m from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 30 m² garden. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 30 m² enclosed private terrace and garden, south-west facing, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière, in a very pleasant environment. A guide to shops and addresses is left in the apartment. The nearest shops are in Barneville bourg.

Beach, swimming, paddling, longe côte, sand yachting, surfing, cycling, sailing, kayaking and rowing, fishing, hiking.
The apartment is close to a hiking trail. Discover the region, D-Day beaches, Cap de la Hague, discover the Channel Islands.
Transportation :
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot for one vehicle (assigned space). Car highly recommended.
- Non-paying public parking lot 10m away.
- Public transport available (train and bus)
- Valognes train station 30 min away, then train and bus connections.
