Access to house & backyard, no garage. Street parking has 2 spaces. Please do not park in front of other houses to be respectful and mindful of other homeowners. Owner has access to garage and public back alley and may be in and out during your stay. All garage access is from alley and keeps your space private!

Charming old town Redmond near the Dry Canyon Trail, Breweries, and short distance to downtown. Smith Rock only 10 minutes away, less than 10 minutes from the Airport, and only 20 minutes to Bend. Explore all Central Oregon has to offer while staying in this cute neighborhood!
Directions provided to the Dry Canyon Trail in Welcome Book. Miles of paved and dirt trails. Great for the family or a quick mountain biking ride. Street parking only, please only park in front of the house. Extra parking in alley parallel to garage.
This is an older home and it has its quirks which is part of it`s charm! Older plumbing, please be gentle! Hosts live locally. Yard maintenance occurs every Tuesday, note that the landscapers will access the front and backyards during this time and it may run into your reservation. No chemicals are used on the outside area during a reservation. Wednesday morning trash, the neighbor or myself may be over on Tuesdays and Wednesday to put cans in & out from the street. Owner has access to garage and public back alley and may be in and out during your stay. All garage access is from alley and keeps your space private!
Please do not leave your dogs inside the house alone without crating. If your dogs are outside, excessive barking will result in your dog being asked to leave. Pick up after your dogs! Dog bags and poop scoop provided.

- Use bike locks if you park them while riding. You lose them, you buy them!
