About this house rental

Welcome to our comfortable and spacious home located in an historic Corn Hill, walking distance from the Genesee Riverway Trail and the Blue Cross Arena. Large groups will appreciate the convenience and flexibility of this 6-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 12 adults with 2 King master suites, 3 Queen and one Full bedroom that can be converted to 2 twins or an office.


Being just a few minutes away from Rochester Center City, U of R, RIT, hospitals and the ROC airport, this home is ideal for business or leisure travelers seeking a comfortable stay within a stone’s throw from any event or attraction in the area.

The Space

Master Suite 1
• Conveniently located on first level with King bed and ensuite powder room and HDTV

Master Suite 2
• 2nd level room with vaulted ceiling plus ceiling fan
• Walk in closet plus additional clothing storage
• Electric fireplace/space heater mantle with remote
• Dual Workspace table/vanity and HDTV

Remaining Rooms (3 Queens & 1 Full)
All rooms are generously sized, and each come equipped with storage area, dresser, and HDTV.

Kitchen and Dining Area:
• Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave,
stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
• Stocked with cooking basics (pots and pans, silverware, dish and drink ware including wine glasses, etc.) to assist with preparing home cooked meals.

Bathrooms:
• Two full bathrooms, one on each floor; stocked with essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap.
• One powder room in the first level master bedroom

Exterior
• Two covered porches with comfortable chairs to enjoy outdoor vibes.
• Partially enclosed yard with fence line landscaping that includes a Lilac tree, wisteria, honeysuckle, and hydrangeas.

Parking:
• Free off-street parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles
• Additional vehicles may park on the street parking for free (follow alternate side parking schedule)

Additional Amenities:
• High-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the house.
• First floor washer and dryer for your convenience.
• Hair dryer, irons, hangers, and extra pillows and blankets.
• Cleaning products, vacuum, broom
• Essentials like towels, bed linens, and toilet paper.
• Starter/sample basics: paper towels, coffee, and tea

Safety and Security:
• Carbon Monoxide and Smoke detectors.
• Secure locks on all doors and windows. Digital access code locks on main entrance and In-law entrance.
• We have 2 actively recording cameras in the following locations: (1) small porch (main entryway) (2) driveway which records video and audio. All devices on the exterior of the property
• Fire extinguisher.

Entertainment and Connectivity:
• Flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities
• High-speed Wi-Fi.

Heating and Cooling:
• Central forced air heating; window Air conditioning units.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire house during their stay - except the basement.

Other things to note:
Exterior Security Cameras installed facing away from the property with your safety and privacy in mind. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, has its own Air Conditioning unit. Since it is a larger home, this will enable guests to adjust the temperature to their liking to ensure optimal comfort. Must climb stairs to access the house.
