Once parked, Walk to all the Village has to offer. Beach is about a 10 min walk as well. Look for the Trolley in front of Morton's Market...comes every 30 minutes and will take you up and down the key for FREE!

To help you get settled, we provide a limited supply of essential starter items upon arrival. These are intended to get you through the first few days and may not last for the duration of your stay,.

All-purpose cleaning spray
Dishwasher tablets (if a dishwasher is available)
Trash bags (a few provided in each trash can)
Laundry detergent for one load (if the property has a washer)

Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.
Other things to note
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150.00 non-refundable fee per pet*.
- Smart TV system does not offer paid account services. Guest must use their account information to access.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Pool/Spa Heat: Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
-This unit is part of a Duplex. You are renting the first floor.
-Pool is shared between BOTH units.
-Snorkeling gear is not available this time.
-Quiet Hours are from 11pm to 6am. No loud noise, music, etc during these hours.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Stayed for 2 months, loved the location, wish there would’ve included a cleaning service at least once or had a vacuum & cleaning supplies to help keep the place cleaner & there were no basic supplies like S&P, q-tips, etc. the pull out couch was only a 2” pad that was extremely uncomfortable. Had to request to have the pool cleaned a few times.

We stayed for a 4 day weekend. Location is great and right near everything. The unit itself could be better maintained with a need for more attention to accommodations. The guest shower did not have hot water. Guest bedroom fan string was broken, window broken (we wedged it shut from outside using rocks), guest TV didn't work properly, main bedroom sheets had melt/burn holes in sheets, the plates in cabinets had moldy hashbrowns or some sort of food mashed between plates and there were very few drinking cups. Could also hear a lot of noise from the unit above and outside (bc of window). Overall, the unit was in a great location and I am not one to complain or provide a bad review but the attention to details and accommodations was significantly lacking in this unit. It could be so much more with a greater focus on the unit experience.
