With 9 beautifully appointed bedrooms — eight featuring plush king beds and one with a cozy full bed — plus four twin rollaway beds available for extra guests, the home comfortably accommodates up to 21 guests.
You’ll enjoy plenty of space to relax with two spacious living rooms, perfect for large gatherings or quiet moments alike. Rainy day? No problem — the game room offers endless fun with a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade machine, and TV.
The property features 6 bathrooms, each fully stocked with essentials. Every detail is designed for comfort, including central heating and air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and more.

This house was perfect for our family. It had everything we were looking for and more. The layout was great. The kids really enjoyed the dock for fishing, the game room and the basketball court. Honestly, we all turned into kids for the week with all the fun things to do. We put miles on the kayaks and paddle board. And the kitchen had all that you would need (multiple kinds of coffee makers!!) and it was gorgeous! The two ice machines were able to keep up with our entire family and our giant cups for our river days. The view when you walk in set the mood for the entire week - so special!

We had a wonderful first time vacation on the Rappahanock! The house was spacious accommodating grandparents, children and grandchildren. Great kitchen area to prepare meals with essential pans and other supplies. River was easy to access and owner has paddle boards , kaiaks and a great dock. We enjoyed time on the river as we also had jet ski.pontoon and a bass boat. Plenty of parking area and very quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I will definitely keep this house on as one of my favorites. Joan WLynchburg Va.

Property was everything we hoped for. The first floor was perfect for hosting my older family, which the walkout bottom floor was perfect for the younger bunch. The property is well planned, with comfortable accommodations for guests, with the comfort of home with a beautiful view! The access to the river with kayaks and paddle boards and ample beach front lounging area, the entire group was very happy with their stay.Thank you for being so kind to us, and sharing your gem of a property with my family and friends.You are missing out if you don’t book! True fun waterfront oasis with a splash of fun with the game room and outdoor activities!

Good house for an active family. Nothing fancy but well maintained. Summer storm brought a 17-hour power outage of which there was no back-up for well water. As such, almost intolerable conditions with inadequate response from host including unwillingness to refund one night stay. Listing says no garbage pickup, but only until instructions near date of rental is one made aware they will need to tote their garbage to a transfer station. This is difficult unless you have a pick-up truck. Also, warnings about jellyfish are real - and we rented in June! Disappointed with the host. Will not rent this home again.
