Xanadu Villas is situated in Hilton Head's Forest Beach area, home to one of the island's best beaches! This comfortable, one-bedroom condo gives you the prime access to the sand via a beach path right across the street. You'll be an easy walk from all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife at Coligny Plaza, yet enjoy a quiet, just of-the-beach location, tucked into beautifully landscaped grounds. On-site amenities, pool, tennis, picnic and grilling area.
The condo is an open layout, remodeled bathroom, kitchen, modern beachy furnishings. The full kitchen makes mealtime easy with a lovely dining area. Coffee on the private balcony, while enjoying the beautiful weather at HHI. Brand new King size bed and a twin air mattress is included for you.
Laundry is 10 ft. from the door to the condo, and it’s a quad, meaning only four apartments have use of it. One of these on each floor. Washing machine is 4 quarters and dryer is 4 quarters.
