Welcome to Bears Den Lodge at Camp Tanuga, your private four-season retreat tucked deep in the woods on 150 acres along beautiful Manistee Lake in Kalkaska, Michigan. Designed for group gatherings, retreats, and unforgettable memories, this spacious 8-unit lodge comfortably sleeps up to 32 guests with flexible sleeping configurations to match your group’s needs.
Each of the 8 lodge suites includes a king bed and a bunk bed, and can be customized before arrival:
- 8 King Beds + 8 Bunk Beds (standard setup)
- Kings can convert into 2 separate twin beds for individual sleeping arrangements
- Perfect for families, mixed-age groups, teams, corporate retreats & wedding parties
Example setups:
- Couples / Families: 8 King rooms + bunks for kids
- Corporate / Sports / Retreats: 16 separate twin beds + 8 bunks
- Custom layouts available upon request
Everyone enjoys comfort and privacy with 8 full shower/bath units, plus a main hallway powder room.
