On the 1st floor (access on one level from the garage and the parking lot): living room-kitchen area with balcony and balcony-terrace, 1 bedroom (2 twin single beds 80x190 cm with television), separate toilet. On the 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm with balcony and television / 1 double bed 160x200 cm with balcony and television / 2 single bunk beds 90x190 cm), bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet. Garage opposite the chalet (1 car). 4 private parking spaces in front of the chalet. Rental of towels and bed linen from the owner. Le Beneton is located in a pleasant, unspoiled natural setting on the edge of meadows. Offering excellent comfort and a warm and cozy mountain feel, its south/east-facing terrace offers exceptional panoramic views of the valley, the village, and Mont Blanc. It features a small, flat outdoor area in front of the chalet, a large sloping plot of land all around, a balcony-terrace, and a grassy terrace. Its relaxation room, large children's bedroom, and the layout of the beds make it an ideal place to get together. Le Beneton is a charming chalet overlooking the village of Hauteluce, ideally located between two ski areas, 2 km from the Chozal chairlift to access the Hauteluce/Les Saisies/Espace Diamant ski area (vast ski area with 185 km of slopes) and 9 km from Hauteluce 1650/Les Contamines-Montjoie (Evasion Mont Blanc ski area with 445 km of slopes). In summer, the Beaufortain reveals a green setting ideal for hiking and outdoor activities. Between flowery meadows, high-altitude lakes and panoramic ridges, the trails lead to emblematic sites such as Lake Roselend, the Col du Joly and the Saint-Guérin dam. It is also a popular land for cyclists, with its legendary passes used by the Tour de France. In addition to its remarkable landscapes, the region is distinguished by its rich cultural and gastronomic heritage. Lovers of tradition can explore the Baroque Trails, a route linking magnificent religious buildings nestled in mountain villages. As for flavors, the Beaufortain region is renowned for its iconic Beaufort cheese, a delight for gourmets.
