Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation. For a family getaway or a quiet reunion with friends, Casa Evora allows you to enjoy the essentials. The park of the large marsh crossed by the towpath is 2 steps away. Active people will also be able to appreciate the proximity to the ZI Nord d'Amiens 3 minutes away or the city center 15 minutes away. Total independence with a dedicated garage. The patio and green spaces are shared. The adjoining studio can be occupied.

Set back from the street, the "Casa Évora" is next to an independent studio.
The equipment is complete and travelers assure that they lack nothing. A patio allows you to have a coffee or a meal outside while being sheltered from the weather. On the other hand, the patio is shared with the tenants of the adjoining studio and we ask for peace and quiet between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. because it resonates.PGJyPg
You can hear the rooster crowing in the morning and the Angelus during the day.
The decoration is seaside inspired for a calm and cozy atmosphere. Perfect for a family or a group of friends who want peace and quiet. Pets are welcome as long as they respect the house rules.
Our house is a renovated old house. It has, like any house, flaws everywhere (we are not very handymen either 😅). Nothing serious, rest assured. We try to be reactive in case of problems and try to do work according to our means.
