The primary bedroom is a serene sanctuary featuring a plush king bed, direct access to the balcony, and stunning Gulf views. The en-suite bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a jacuzzi tub, double vanity, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full private bath with a tub/shower combo. In the third bedroom, there’s a twin-over-full bunk bed and another private bathroom with a walk-in shower—perfect for kids, teens, or a couple extra guests. The condo sleeps six comfortably, with room for up to eight total.

The open living area is warm and welcoming, with comfy seating, a big flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that frame the Gulf beautifully. The kitchen has everything you need, whether you're cooking a full dinner or just making snacks to enjoy at the beach. There's a spacious bar area with a mini fridge underneath and a dining table that seats six, making it easy to gather and hang out.

Step outside and you'll find a private balcony made for lingering—grab a drink, fire up the electric grill, and watch the sun set in paradise. There's a dining table for meals al fresco and plenty of plush seating to kick back and soak in the view..

There are thoughtful touches throughout the condo—like blackout shades in the master, plantation shutters in the guest rooms, a washer and dryer, and reliable Wi-Fi—help make your stay feel effortless and comfortable.

Just 0.6 miles from the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk and close to great local restaurants and shops, this vacation rental strikes the perfect balance between tucked-away relaxation and easy access to everything.

You’ll have two complimentary parking spaces in the gated lot for extra convenience and peace of mind. As a guest, you’ll also enjoy free daily beach chair setups from March through October, courtesy of Lazy Days Beach Rentals—two chairs and 1 umbrella each day, a $300 value included with your stay (weather permitting). On-site resort amenities include a heated indoor pool and hot tub, a spacious outdoor pool and hot tub, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a full-service spa. The indoor pool features family swim hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily for guests 17 and under.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
