The villa has 3 bedrooms: one on the upper floor with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and a charming balcony with mountain views, and two bedrooms with twin beds on the first floor. In addition, there is a large sofa bed in the living room.
There are 2 full bathrooms, both with modern showers, sinks, and toilets. The house also features a reading room with two comfortable armchairs and a small library, perfect for unwinding.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, a variety of kitchen utensils, an electric coffee maker, and a capsule coffee machine... The living room features air conditioning/heating and a Smart TV. Outside, you can relax in the heated pool (at no additional cost) while enjoying the Canary Islands climate.
Located in a rural setting, yet just 17 minutes from beaches like Famara and 20 minutes from Puerto del Carmen, it perfectly combines tranquility with a great location.
