Great place to stay. You can walk to Museums, downtown and shop's. Parking is in front making it easy to come and go. Loved the home, It's clean and cozy. A home away from home feel.

My niece and I drove in from Florida for a family wedding in Newburgh and stayed at Nathan‘s place. It was just perfect for the two of us, although there was definitely room for more! Beautiful, clean place with super comfortable beds and everything that we needed in the kitchen 😊 we didn’t get to explore downtown Evansville much but this location is walking distance from some fun stuff. Nathan was very helpful and quickly responded to our messages.
Great host, great place. Highly recommend!

If you need a 2 bed, 2 bath near downtown Evansville, this is the place. The location is perfect and the place is beautiful.

This place was very quaint and reminded me of the apartment in the show “Friends”!
It was very clean, quaint, perfect for my dad and I with their two separate bedrooms and bathrooms.
The ONLY thing I would say that was a little downside was the noise from upstairs apartment. Other than that, five star review from me!!
