About this apartment rental
Apartment located on the 6th floor with elevator (access residence by stairs), surface of 42m ² with balcony, west exposure (view station and tracks). Living room with TV, sofa "BZ" for two people. Corner night in entrance with two bunk beds in 80cm. One bedroom (without window) with a bed in 140cm. Flooring in laminate flooring.
Kitchenette open to living room, with 4 ring electric stove, microwave, electric oven, 87 liters fridge, dishwasher, toaster, and filter coffee maker. Bathroom with bath and washbasin. Separate toilets. Ski locker in ground floor.
Small group of 85 lodgings with lift, located in center resort, 80m from the start of the slopes and ski lifts. A few meters away is the central square of La Mongie (cafes, restaurants, ticket office, ski schools, ski equipment rental and food supermarket).
At 1800 meters above sea level, La Mongie is one of two resorts that make up the Grand Tourmalet, the largest ski area in the French Pyrenees. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de l'appartement en plein centre de la Mongie et très près des pistes, ainsi que la superficie qui est confortable pour un appartement au ski (avec notamment la chambre à part). La vue du balcon est très sympa.
Par contre l'équipement est assez rudimentaire (une bouilloire et une essoreuse à salade par exemple faciliteraient la vie, et les plaques électriques sont très très lentes à chauffer, je ne parle même pas d'un appareil à raclette...) et la décoration pourrait être améliorée. L'immeuble lui-même est un peu vétuste.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour quand même et l'agence est au pied de la résidence ce qui est très pratique.
