The initial property was exactly as expected - small, just for two - and very clean. The fridge didn't seem to be cooling and our host responded almost immediately. She offered another property across the street that was an upgrade right away. Not something she had to do, but appreciated that she wanted to make sure all went well. Her properties were both lovely, clean and right where we wanted to be.

Overall good stay, really enjoyed our trip to Singer Island and staying in this cottage. It was clean and the property Manager was very good with communication.

The place is perfect for a weekend get away. Small but cozy, very clean and just minutes away from local restaurants, beaches and more. Great communication from the rental owners. Would definitely stay again!
