Find paradise in Calaby Parc. This 4 bedroom villa boasts 2 master suites, each with a flat screen TV, one with a king size bed and access to the pool through two glass doors. This home has space for two families with enough room to sleep 10. Start the day relaxing under the covered lanai or on the screened in ground pool deck in one of the lounge chairs, soaking up the sun. Family quality time is assured in the game room playing pool or darts. The large kitchen has all of the amenities for a quick breakfast or full meal and the open floor plan is perfect for large get togethers. Relax after a day in the world class theme parks located just 15 minutes away, with a movie on either of the two large screen HD TVs in the spacious living room or snuggled in the cosy sitting room.
Beautifully decorated to the highest standard, Get-a-Way Cove has everything a vacation home needs, and vacationing guests could want. Be careful, once you stay with us you will want to return again and again.
We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs, hand soaps, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc. are the guests responsibility. Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions about these items. The minimum booking age of the lead party must be atleast 25 yrs old. We also do require all loose trash be bagged and placed in the bin for collection prior to departure.
If you did not request pool/spa heat when placing your booking and would like to add this service, please contact us at least a week prior to your arrival, as most pools take up to 24-48 hours to heat from the time it is turned on. If you arrive and wish to add this service, there is a USD $50.00 call out fee in addition to the daily pool/spa heat fees. Gas pool heaters is $40 per day plus tax. Electric pool heat is $30.00 per day plus tax. Pool/spa heat has a 4 consecutive day minimum.
Pool heat is set between 83°F and 86°F. We are unable to adjust this setting. If the temperature is in this range and it is not comfortable for you, the only option would be to turn the pool heat off. There are no refunds provided when this situation occurs.
Spa Heat
If the home has a spa, you must purchase pool heat for it to be warmed. The spa can only be heated by the pool heater. If you purchase pool heat, the spa can only be heated to 100, as the spa is not a hot tub.
Pool Heat and Extreme Low Outdoor Temperatures
All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F. This is a protective mechanism to prevent the pool pump from breaking by over exhausting to compensate for the cooler weather. In this case, the water temperature will indeed fall. Heat will automatically restart once the outside temperature reaches 50°F. Please note there are no refunds provided when this situation occurs. Pool/spa heating is only available from Oct 1 to April 30th.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property (including Vape). A cleaning fee of USD $650.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the smoking policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home. If a pet is in the home, the guests will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. A cleaning fee of USD $450.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the pet policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.
Situated off of HWY 27 in Davenport, Calabay Parc is a secluded and very well kept vacation home community. It features easy access to Interstate 4 and any of the beaches to the East or West coast.
The home has an east facing pool deck and no rear neighbors for added privacy.
Major theme parks are only 15 to 22 miles away.
This property is located in a deed restricted community. All community rules, bylaws and regulations must be abided by.

The house had a very comfortable & homey feeling. We felt very relaxed as soon as we walked through the door. After driving down from Michigan in busy highway traffic it was very welcoming! Love the colors! Only things I would bring to owners attention is I tried to iron some new shirts I purchased for my husband while in Florida & the iron did not work. Also, I dropped an earring while putting them on & had to look under the bed for it, very dusty, you may want to let the housekeeping staff know. Anyone with dust allergies would be miserable.
