Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located Bourbon themed bungalow. This home is tucked away on a large lot close to Manchester Street Distillery District, Rupp Arena and downtown Lexington, with an easy drive to Keeneland and surrounding counties. This home has been recently remodeled and has everything you need for a getaway. The outdoor space features a large furnished deck, hot tub (with additional fee of $25/night), a fire pit, and a charcoal grill.
This is a 2 bedroom home with queen beds in each room, a living room, kitchen and bathroom with a washer/dryer.
There is a chair in the living room that folds to a twin sized bed that could be used for extra sleeping for a child.
The guests will have access to the entire home.
Close to Downtown Lexington, 1.8 miles to Rupp Arena and Central Bank Center - less than 1/4 mile to Manchester Street and the Distillery District.
A long driveway that would hold several cars.
