This stylish property offers the unique ability to walk to restaurants, concerts, entertainment, and more, while enjoying the comfort and convenience of a private, single-family house! The neighborhood is loaded with Charlotte’s best skyline views and walkable to the most popular music venues such as Skyla Credit Union Amphitheater, The Filmore, The Underground, World Nightclub, and more. Tasty restaurants, live comedy, parks, and more are all just a few blocks away!
The house is stylish and comfortable. Every room has it’s own smart tv, and every bed is a brand new, luxury memory foam mattress

This is literally the closest neighborhood to Uptown and attractions in Charlotte! The house is in a quiet cul du sac with wonderful neighbors, but you can walk to attractions such as:

Don’t use white bath towels for cleaning. Dark colored cleaning towels provided in kitchen

Found this gem while searching for a rental near the concert venue I was attending. This house was perfect. House was inviting with a clean scent. Everything described was accurate and perfect for our family. Communication was a breeze and check-in/check-out was flawless. House sits in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to music venues which has an array of food, entertainment, and fun Will definitely bookmark this one for future use.

We had a great time with family & our pups. Plenty of space in the home for us to lounge and sleep comfortably. The home is close to many landmarks, uptown, restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops! Would recommend for anyone visiting the Charlotte area.

House was clean. Kitchen equipment with proper tools and essentials. Beds were comfortable.
