About this apartment rental
The spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment features fully air-conditioned rooms, and includes a balcony area with majestic views stretching across the skyline. Interior designed completed with a Scandinavian aesthetic that creates warmth, calm and a sense of belonging.
The whole apartment is yours to stay, bedding however will only be prepared according to number of guests. We assume that the first 2 guests are a couple. Please let us know if 2 or 3 beds are needed.
The tenth floor is a private oasis dedicated to your health, happiness and wellbeing. Facilities include an amazing indoor pool, sauna, steam room & spa facilities, grand gym and common lounge areas.
*Please be aware in maintaining the highest levels of health & safety for our guests, some of the apartment services and leisure facilities may at times be unavailable or limited in order to adhere to current Victorian Government COVID -19 restrictions or as instructed by body corporate this is subject to change and can be with minimal notice, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are fully contactable before, during and after your stay should you have any questions. Other than that, we will respect your privacy.
Located in Melbourne CBD, whether visiting the Melbourne Grand Prix, the city, the MCG, St Kilda, or Chapel St. Prahran, everything is literally only moments away. Public transport is easily accessed from your doorstep, which makes exploring Melbourne a breeze.
The apartment is located within the Melbourne Free Tram Zone. Several trams reach the city from various north and northwestern suburbs including routes 19, 57, 59 that travel along Elizabeth Street stopping outside the apartment. Trams on Elizabeth Street connect with most other services from Melbourne’s outer suburbs.
Parking is an additional $35/night for unlimited entry and exit into a nearby secure building carpark (3 mins walk), subject to availability.
To comply with building rules, local and state laws and, our insurance requirements:
- No smoking is permitted in the house.
- Never flick cigarettes or throw rubbish in the balcony.
- No noise after 10pm.
- Strictly no parties allowed.
We would also greatly appreciate it if you keep shoes off in the apartment to ensure that our carpets remain soft, plush and clean for everyone’s enjoyment.

Chauffeur-drive Booking conditions
- Arrange your Chauffeur-drive pick-up at least 72 hours ahead of your flight
- Maximum capacity per sedan is two adults, with a total luggage limit of two suitcases plus one carry-on bag.
-Your driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time.
- Additional charges apply if a larger vehicle or child or infant car seat is required.
- Chauffeur-drive vehicle models are subject to availability.
No Party Policy
- Parties held in the apartment will not be tolerated.
- No noise after 10pm and please try your best not to disturb the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities.
- If a security/ reception staff is called to the apartment to respond to a noise or party complaint, a $500.00 charge will be applied to cover the costs of the call-out fee. We reserve the right to request that all occupants of the apartment vacate the premises immediately.
Behaviour
- Excessive noise is prohibited at any time within the apartment or common property. No dangerous behaviour (running, jumping, diving, ball games, inappropriate language etc.) is allowed in the common areas.
- Smoking is strictly not permitted in the apartment. If you want to smoke, please do so outside. If you smoke in the house, you authorise a deduction of $200 from your deposit, to apply towards having the furnishings deodorised.
Security
- If any keys are misplaced, notify us immediately. You may incur a $300 key replacement fee per one set of keys
- Please respect the 10am check-out time, if our housekeepers are unable to do the cleaning on time, a late check-out fee of $100 will apply. Please do send us a message if you wish to check out late and we will do our best to help you.
- Please take care of the property and avoid making a mess within the premise. Avoid leaving dishes unwashed and having food items out in the open as these tend to attract pests and insects that may require pest control.
- If the apartment is left excessively dirty and requires additional cleaning beyond the standard service, an extra cleaning fee will apply.
- Gas (NOS) canisters must not be left inside the apartment and must be disposed of in the public bins outside the building. Failure to do so may result in an additional disposal fee.
Supplies
- We provide toiletries that may last for 2 days. If additional supplies are needed, we are able to replenish for a minimal fee. Feel free to visit the nearest grocery store should you wish to restock for yourself.
Property Condition
- This is a residential home, and natural wear and tear on furnishings and walls is expected. External window cleaning is conducted by the building periodically. If you notice cleanliness or presentation issues, please contact us immediately so we can address them. Requests for reimbursement without allowing us to rectify will not be considered. Please note that furniture and décor may differ slightly from listing photos as updates occur regularly.
Lost Items Policy
- Items left behind may be returned upon request. A $50 handling fee plus postage costs will apply. Items not claimed within 14 days will be disposed of.
