About this apartment rental
Our ALMOST AT THE LAKE 21st Street Apartments in Oshkosh is a spacious gem. 2bd/1ba w/garage and free machine laundry access. Abundant-sized kitchen with a ton of cabinet storage and dine-in kitchen. Two roomy bedrooms. The first could support a complete king bedroom set with ample spaciousness, and the second would be most ideal for a queen set or a pair of twin beds.
The space
The bathroom is also large in size (including tub/shower combo) and the living room is quite expansive. Unit is carpeted and is very well maintained and taken care of, but does not have modern trendy updates to color found in many of our places. (Everything is just in too good of condition to update just yet).
This unit has just a ton of closet space everywhere, so potentially a good spot for someone down-sizing from a large home.
The garage that comes with this upper apartments located in a brick fourplex is a one-car garage with keypad and remote, and has a greater depth than most, appropriate for a full-sized truck or a normal vehicle and storage of quite a few other odds and ends.
Unit C comes with a pint-sized deck in which you can see a sliver of Lake Winnebago out a block or two away (past a bit of roof tops/neighborhood, railway tracks and an older building). It's not the most beautiful view in the world, but it excites us that you can see the Majestic Lake Winnebago in the distance!)
We will include the view. What's wonderful about the "almost-view" is that in two minutes you can be taking a walk by the Lake. This is a lovely neighborhood with established renters, safe, and is located with the building's front on an alley access, which is tucked away and essentially sees virtually no through traffic. It's a neat little spot.
The building was built in the 80s and has been exceptionally well maintained and is loved by the other guests.
The price of this apartment isn't meant to be a deal, but it's available immediately and we love the extra space and storage in every room this apartment offers.
Pets are accepted for an additional $150 per month per pet.
