Just a few private steps to Little Kaiteri golden beach which is safe for swimming and a short walk round the Bay to Kaiteris myriad of attractions and facilities including two Restaurants, a well stocked shop and attractions vary from Sailing to Kayaking to Mini Golf and a great Mountain Bike park on the doorstep
There is a very challenging Golf Course at Kina Cliffs only 25 minutes away ( Take plenty of Balls its on the Cliff Top !! Take a Day sailing up the Abel Tasman National Park and get dropped off on the Beach to choose how far and how hard you walk then get picked up off a Beach nearer Kaiteri Motueka Township is only 15 minutes away with all the Facilities you could wish for and Marahau only about 15 minutes a small village on the way to the Abel Tasman Park
Special conditions:
A self cleaning Holiday Home and but where Cleaning can be arranged at a cost of $115 .ALL Linen ,Towels supplied at no cost and are included in the Rental .Please leave it as you would wish to find it and advise immediatley if not happy with the Cleanliness when you arrive
Lock Box Code and Alarm settings are changed after you vacate.
Minimum stay all year 2 Nights
Linen included. PLEASE NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Cleaning option available $115.00 per stay.
Please note the downstairs is never used when the apartment is rented. Therefore the courtyard is for the sole use of the upstairs apartment.

This place was amazing. The accommodations were excellent AND the private beach was priceless. Forgot our bathers and showed up a day too early but that was 100% my fault.

This may be the most beautiful experience we had on our three week trip to New Zealand. This home is an absolute delight with unbelievable views of the bay. Comfortable and homey with excellent instructions for visitors. Please take the time to go to the nearby EcoResort for the glow worm walk. Stunning and natural but bring a flashlight! Best coffee nearby is Queen of Cups!

Such an amazing location, wonderful to have private access to the beach, a hot outside shower, heaps of space in the courtyard to store all our beach stuff and board games for the rainy days.
