First floor: Kitchen, Main living room, master bedroom and master bath and den. Screened Lanai separated by large sliders. Master bedroom features a king bed and access door to the screened lanai. Master bath with dual sinks and walk in shower with rain head.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms (One with queen bed and one with two twins) with shared bathroom.
The unit is L-5 which is very convenient. Tiled screened in lanai with lake views facing west to enjoy the sun all day long during the winter! This unit is a short 3 minute walk to the pool! The community fitness center and tennis courts are right across the street!
The Avalon community includes two heated swimming pools (one screened and one open), a modern barbeque area, hot tub, and a large outdoor social area.
