1960s Huntsville Horizon Home

As quoted in the 1965 Alabama Builder Magazine, "An all-concrete Horizon Home with its contemporary flavored Space-Age design is most appropriate for the Space Center City of Huntsville." When this home was first constructed, over 5,000 came to view the unique home, due to its original construction lack of right angles.

After updates, we've attempted to restore and maintain the essence of the home, leaving as much original flooring as possible, the original block-concrete walls, and the original cabinetry. There are four bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and three full bathrooms. All bedrooms have a queen bed, a dresser, and a closet to hang items. There is also a full kitchen, a dining table that seats six, a bar area that seats two, and a living room seating for five comfortably.

In the kitchen there is a stove, an oven, cookware, utensils, a single-cup Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, full size refrigerator, and some extras.
