About this house rental
Magnificent luxury loft (11,600 sq/ft) with its own parking, hot tub, movie theater and 6000 sq/ft of roof deck space.
Home is handicap accessible with a ramp and elevator
One of the best loft renovations in the South! This one-of-a-kind 11,000sqft loft is an entertainer’s dream, but also serves as a cozy family home. At the top of the private entrance from Broad Street, the open concept and flexible living space is breathtaking.
One corner houses a home office, another a grand piano at the edge of one of the homes several living rooms and another corner is a wet-bar. There are multiple lounge and dining spaces, all with custom lighting. The main lounge area is anchored with a massive fireplace. A fully stocked commercial kitchen supports large events as well as intimate family dinners.
